Reviews and Ratings
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed in a rich 19th Century style, with marble pillars, beveled mirrors, and warm wood paneled ceilings. The balcony provided a lovely view, and the overall comfort was top-notch. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist with everything from seating to securing a driver amidst car rental shortages. The location couldn't have been better for my visit to the sanctuary, just a short walk from the grotto and cathedral. However, I was slightly disappointed by the dining experience, finding it not up to par with the price. Nevertheless, the facilities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
Staying at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very spacious, nicely appointed, and had breathtaking views from all 3 balconies. The rich 19th Century style with marble pillars, thick drapes, and warm wood paneling throughout added a touch of luxury to our stay. The service was impeccable, especially from Paolo who cheerfully offered us omelettes to order. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the Church and the Gruta. Dining was well stocked with options for everyone, making it a pleasant experience. Overall, a great choice with some minor drawbacks in terms of price and dining.
My stay at the hotel was overall great. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned, and the classic 19th Century style added a touch of elegance. The location, near the Sanctuaire, was perfect for my visit, but the crowded busloads of people could be a bit overwhelming. The dining experience was good, with a wide selection available, but there were a couple of minor drawbacks. Excellent service with a helpful and friendly staff, although they were always busy catering to large groups. Overall, a lovely stay with a few minor inconveniences.
